"The Monte Carlo Laminated stock is an absolute cracker. Its fit and finish are exemplary. The action in letting is a perfect size-for-size fit and the aluminium recoil pillar appears sturdier than that in the original T3 stock. There is no floating required;
after the barreled action was screwed snugly down, a business card was able to slide right up under the knox form. The trigger guard and magazine housing also fit flush and firm. The palm swell fills the palm without being bulky and the Limbsaver recoil pad speaks for itself. I rate this stock as far superior to the factory laminated stock on my Savage HMR."
This is a good looking design that does a great job of taming recoil. It includes a slender open wrist area with a palm swell. The forearm is a sleek design that nicely fits the hand as well as a pronounced cheek piece and a generously wide butt end to help spread out recoil. This stock comes standard with a 1" Limbsaver® recoil pad and front and rear sling swivel studs.
Weight Monte Carlo weight is 48 oz (2.99 lbs)
LOP Standard LOP is 13 1/2", this can be extended to 14" if required.
